Exam Pass Guarantee Terms

Eligibility rules

1. Eligible purchase only. The guarantee applies only to the eligible paid practice-test product identified on the sales page or checkout page. It does not automatically apply to every bundle, add-on, free offer, or gifted access.
2. Meaningful usage required. The customer must make real use of the purchased study materials before taking the official exam. Massage Board Prep may review product usage, session activity, quiz completion, or similar engagement records.
3. Official exam required. The guarantee applies only after the customer takes the official exam. Practice scores, mock scores, or self-reported outcomes do not qualify on their own.
4. Proof required. A valid claim must include the purchase email, exam date, and a clear screenshot, PDF, or similar proof showing a non-passing result from the official exam.
5. Claim deadline. The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the official non-passing result unless a different window is expressly stated at checkout.
6. One refund only. The guarantee is limited to one refund per person, per eligible product, per exam track.

Exclusions

Claims may be denied in cases involving fraud, abuse, chargebacks, shared accounts, transferred access, fake or incomplete documentation, failure to take the official exam, or failure to meaningfully use the purchased product.

Affiliate sales

If an order tied to an affiliate or partner referral is refunded under this guarantee, that sale is not commissionable. If commission has already been paid, the refunded amount may be deducted from future payouts.

Manual review

All claims are subject to manual review. Massage Board Prep may request additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
